Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase or anytime before shipment.

Fees
No cancellation fees will apply if the request is made before shipment.

Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original method of payment.

Exceptions
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
